Ordered from MakeItBuildIt as I'd been waiting for similar items from abroad for several weeks and decided to cancel due to ongoing delays. Glad I did as I received the goods within a few days and despite ordering items separately MakeItBuildIt grouped them together for me to save on postage. Overall very happy with the service and would use again in future.

I purchased a set of Acro Wot wings from 'MakeitBuildit' but when ordering I didn't check that there was more than one type available. When the wings arrived I was dismayed to find I'd ordered the ARTF set and not the Mk2 'Build yourself' set. Having contacted 'MakeitBuildit' they said just return the wings as received and once we have them we'll refund you. There were No arguments & No hassle and within a few days I received an email from PayPal advising me a refund had been made to me. Considering this was my fault entirely I think this deserving a favourable comment, certainly a company I will not hesitate to use again.
